As a pet-friendly community in Louisville, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Preston Oaks. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.
Our Pet Policy
- Preston Oaks is pet-friendly, accepting dogs and cats!
- There is a maximum of two (2) pets per home.
- We have a combined weight limit of 100lbs, and have the following breed restrictions: Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these breeds.
- The property staff reserves the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed.
Pet Fees
- $300 pet fee (2 pets max)
- $30 pet rent, per month (2 pets max)
